Charges

free delivery starts at ₹999 — beneath the threshold the charge is a flat ₹49 per order.

There is no surcharge for paying on delivery.

Timings

allow 1–2 business days for us to get a parcel ready — after which delivery itself takes 3–9 business days across most of India.

We hand parcels over at 3:00 PM IST each working day, so later orders wait for the next one.

Treat these as estimates, not promises — festival weeks, weather and local restrictions can add a day or two, and we tell you when we know a parcel is running late.

Which addresses we serve

We deliver within India only . We neither ship abroad nor deliver to freight-forwarding addresses.

Coverage is wide but not total . You will hear from us and get your money back, not silence.

Tracking

A tracking link reaches you by email once the courier collects — it can take a few hours to start updating, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost. Email is the way to reach us — [email protected]. We have no phone line for orders.

When a parcel arrives wrong

A short video of the parcel being opened protects you. Report damage, a wrong item or a missing piece within 48 hours with that footage and we cover everything.

Parcels that cannot be delivered return to our address . Give us a good address and we go again, with the flat fee applied once more.
