While the order is still with us

Cancellation is free right up to the moment the courier collects — and since we pack to a 3:00 PM IST cut-off, the sooner you tell us the better.

After dispatch

Dispatch is the point of no return for a cancellation . Either refuse it at the door or take delivery and start a return, which stays open 10 days.

Refund timing on a cancellation

Where UPI payment was taken and the order is cancelled before dispatch, reversal takes 5 to 7 working days, which follows the Reserve Bank of India timeline.

There is no payment to reverse on a cancelled Cash on Delivery order, and no fee is deducted for cancelling.

When we cancel

Occasionally we have to cancel an order ourselves : damaged stock, an unreachable pin code, or an order we cannot verify. You get the reason and a full refund.

A cancelled order beats a bad parcel.
