Two methods, no more: UPI and Cash on Delivery, and no other method.

UPI

UPI payment works by scanning a QR code shown at checkout inside your bank’s own app . The transfer is bank to bank; your credentials never touch our site.

Your order confirms once the payment shows as received . Where a payment goes out but no order appears, the UPI reference number lets us find it.

Cash on Delivery

Hand the money to the courier at the door . Exact change is worth having; couriers rarely carry any. Cash on Delivery adds no fee, and is unavailable on the few pin codes our couriers exclude.

Methods we cannot take

You will not find card, net banking, wallet or EMI options at checkout, and we keep no card records because we never take any.

What the price includes

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are the full amount payable Vellaro Haven has not crossed the GST registration threshold and is therefore unregistered, so No GST is charged on your order and we cannot issue a GST invoice; a plain sale invoice travels with the parcel.

Payment problems

Support runs on email: [email protected]. We do not operate a call centre. The order number and the UPI reference are enough for us to trace a payment, usually same-day.
