What payment methods do you take?

UPI at checkout, or Cash on Delivery. Cards and wallets are not available here.

Do mirrors come with fixings?

Only where the listing says so. Mirrors are heavy, and mounting them safely to a suitable wall is the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you sell brand-name goods?

We sell under our own name, Vellaro Haven. We are not an authorised dealer or agent for any manufacturer, and we do not describe our stock as branded merchandise.

Which areas do you cover?

Across India, bar a handful of pin codes our couriers will not serve; those orders are refunded. There is no international shipping.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

No — Vellaro Haven is an online retailer. The address on the contact page is a registered business address, not a walk-in shop.

Can you give a tax invoice?

No. We trade below the GST registration threshold and are not registered, so no GST is charged and we cannot issue a GST invoice. A plain sale invoice comes with the parcel.

My parcel was damaged — what do I do?

Report it within 48 hours with the unboxing video and we put it right at our expense.

How do returns work?

Within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and complete with packaging and invoice.

When will it arrive?

Allow 1–2 business days for packing and 3–9 for transit; anything confirmed after 3:00 PM IST joins the next run.

How long do refunds take?

Once we have it back and have checked it, 7 business days. Cancellations before dispatch take 5 to 7 working days.
