You may request a return within 10 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date of your order. To qualify for a full merchandise refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be new, unused, uninstalled, and unwashed, in the exact condition received.
• All original retail packaging, protective inserts, manuals, hardware packets, and factory tags must be included.
• Your order number or packing slip must accompany the return shipment.

2. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)

2. Receive Return Instructions & Label: Within 1 business day, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions referencing our return facility at 62/9, Airport Rd, Babu Murai Colony, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452005, India.
3. Pack & Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the parcel with the designated carrier.

Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the credit to post on your statement.
